Best makeup removing cleanser: Are that Helpful? How?
Makeup’s are for any occasions, parties or when you go out. At home, you won’t feel relaxed wearing makeup, and that’s why you’ll need the best makeup removing cleanser. A makeup removing cleanser helps you to take the makeup out easily without creating any problem to your face.
You might use the best makeup remover, but that is not sufficient enough to keep your skin safe. A makeup removing cleanser is much more efficient in serving your skin. So, when you look for a makeup remover next time, try buying a makeup removing cleanser.
The Difference between Makeup Remover and Best Makeup Removing Cleanser
I’ve already told that even the best makeup remover is not sufficient for keeping your skin safe. But why? Makeup remover comes to clean the makeup from your face, but it doesn’t come with the ability to remove the dirt and oil from your face. As a result, it leaves the dirt on your face that can be a problem later. To remove that dirt and facial oil, you’ll have to use a separate face wash or cleanser.
On the other hand, the best makeup removing face wash or cleanser comes with such a formula that removes makeup’s as well as cleanses the face by removing dirt and facial oils. With this difference, the makeup removing cleansers are better than regular makeup removers.
But in case of removing eye makeup, you’ll have to use the best eye makeup remover separately. The reason is, removing the makeup from the thin skin around the eyes is a tough task to do. Eye makeup removers are best for that.
Types of Cleansers
Cleansers come in different types. All are not ideal for all types of skins. Here I’m going to tell you about the different types of cleansers.
- Cream Cleansers: Coming in a thick and creamy form, these cleansers contain moisturizing ingredients and clean your skin without hampering the balance of natural oils. These are mainly ideal for dry or sensitive skins.
- Oil Cleansers: These cleansers are ideal for all types of skins. If you have oily skin, you may think that these are not for you. But oil cleansers wash your skin by swiping pore-clogging debris and makeup’s, without leaving your skin dry.
- Gel Cleansers: These gel-type cleansers are ideal for deep cleansing. By removing excess oil, freeing the clogged pores and killing acne-causing bacteria, these keep your skin safe and clean. For oily and combination skin, these are ideal.
- Foam Cleansers: Foam type cleansers are ideal for removing excess oil from the skin. These are lightweight, so these are not that much effective in removing heavy makeup’s. These can handle light makeup’s as well as oily and combination skins.
- Micellar Cleansers: These cleansers come with very small oil molecules suspended in soft water called micelles. These attract dirt and makeup and clean your skin. The best thing about it is you won’t have to wash off with eater. For dry and sensitive skin, these work great.
- Bar Cleansers: Bar cleansers offer a wide range of nutrient-rich, highly moisturizing ingredients like essential oils and glycerin. For oily and combination skins, these are ideal.
Some other types of cleansers are- powder cleansers, clay cleansers and cleanser sponges. Among those, most of the types are ideal as makeup remover too. When you are looking for the best makeup remover for dry skin or the best makeup cleanser for oily skin, check on the packaging for being sure that it works as makeup remover as well as cleanser.

Though you use the best cleansing oil to remove makeup, you may fail to get the best result. Here, I’m going to show exactly how to use oil cleansers to remove makeup as well as get a clean skin.
- Keep the Hands and Face Dry: You’ll have to start with dry palms and face. If there is water, it won’t allow breaking into the makeup properly. Thus you won’t get the best result.
- Take Right Amount of Cleanser on Your Palm: If you want the proper result, you’ll have to use a proper amount. After using it a few times, you’ll know the exact amount you need.
- Rub to Warm: Rub the cleanser with your both hands to make it warm. Warm cleanser can easily break into the makeup as well as mix with the natural oil of your face skin.
- Massage on the Face Properly: Then, massage your face properly with your both hands to apply the cleanser all over your face. Use small circular motions while massaging. Focus on massaging the areas with blackheads. Add a little water to bring a milky white color.
- Rinse it off: Use a little warm water to rinse it off from your face. Then, Rub with a soft towel gently. After that, use light cleansers like foam or gel cleanser to cleanse your face again.
Can Cleansing Oil Remove Eye Makeup?
Somewhere in this article, I’ve told that eye makeup’s need separate makeup remover. But if you have an oil cleanser, you might not need a separate one to remove eye makeup.
For removing heavy eye makeup, cleansing oil performs really well. You can easily remove your waterproof mascara or eyeliner. Oil cleansers come with gentle nourishment which is perfect for the thin skin around your eyes.
Take a cotton pad and put a few drops on it. Then rub it gently on the makeup’s around your eyes. It’ll break out the makeup without harming your skin.
After using an oil cleanser, don’t forget to use another cleanser, preferably foam or gel cleanser.
